This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 27K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, Two 12K BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers and a remote, lineset, communication wire for each air handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

- Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16' center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function, the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
Line Set
- Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
